The Pathfinder Sailing app connects with and extends your existing sailing instruments, including B&G sailing instruments, over instrument Wi-Fi. Or you can get many of the same screens, race replay, and analytics using just your iPhone’s GPS.

Instrument Calibration

You have invested a lot of money in your sailing instruments but you may feel they are not calibrated correctly. Your True Wind Direction may be off from tack to tack. Or your wind angles read inconsistently on opposite tacks.

Pathfinder provides remote calibration services. For a low fixed fee, we will work with you to set up a trial version of the Pathfinder Sailing app and step-by-step guidance to use your log files to dial in your calibration. We can also provide assistance for this over Zoom.

Custom Polar Development

Once your instruments are calibrated, we can work with you to create custom polars, which you can use to develop accurate boat speed, wind speed, and wind angle targets.
