Why Pathfinder? To give racing sailors the information they need to get better starts and get around the course faster.

- Professional sailors often use laptop-based navigation software applications, but recreational sailors rarely use those applications on shorter race courses. Recreational sailors often want access to the same information in a more accessible format. The Pathfinder iPhone app integrates with your B&G instruments and requires no additional routers or hardware. Using this app, you can improve your starts, sail at a higher level of performance once the race has started, and better understand the wind shifts and effects of tidal currents on your boat.
- The second gap we address is race replay. By storing the detailed metrics from your racing instruments, we provide granular race replay details for your boat and other opted-in boats in your fleet.
- The third gap is providing performance analysis tools to understand where to focus to improve your racing results. We will be adding to these analysis tools over the next few weeks and months.
